This land is rich in vineyards and olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see, where the healthy air attracted entire families of noble landowners who chose to settle permanently in these lands not far from the city of Taranto.
Casino Ricciardi is one of these wonderful and imposing architectural structures that adorn the countryside in this strip of land, now known as Casal Pineto.
Purchased in 1971 by Giovanni Fico, this farmhouse underwent its first renovation, completed in 2015 by his son Giovanniluca, who completed the restoration while respecting its architecture, spaces, and volumes.
